Where futuristic form honors historic soul – The new villa block represents a thoughtful architectural response to the neo-historical heritage of the surroundings, where geometric discipline is intertwined with the playful dynamics of modern living.

The basic volume of the building is based on a pure square design, which ensures rational use of space and a stable presence in the space. However, the building quickly breaks its staticity with dynamically offset floors. These offsets create depth, a play of light and shadows, and enable the creation of spacious terraces that offer residents intimate outdoor corners, while at the same time giving the building a sculptural character.
The key element of integration into the space is the color study. The Villa Block does not compete with its neighbor – the famous neo-historical villa – but respectfully bows to it. By adopting the color palette of the neighboring villa, the building establishes visual continuity of the street. This has made the modern, almost futuristic form look natural, as if it had always been there, only in a modern guise.
Villa Blok is designed for those who value aesthetic excess and quality of life. The dynamic facade is not only a visual element, but also a tool that provides each apartment with unique views and optimal lighting. It is proof that modern architecture can live in symbiosis with the historical fabric of the city without losing its identity.
