Center Diamant – The power of the console and dynamic shell

The BTC shopping area, which is mainly characterized by pragmatic volumes, has received a new architectural emphasis with the new shopping center. With its dynamic design, the building does not only act as a functional space, but also as an aesthetic corrective to the surroundings, intertwining commercial content with sculptural form.

The central concept of the building is the facade, as a cohesive element that unites the diversity of shopping venues in its embrace. Instead of static walls, the architecture dictates movement; the dynamic geometry of the shell breaks the visual monotony of the zone and connects local providers within it into a single, recognizable identity.



The most expressive part of the building is its entrance. The cantilevered overhang of the front of the building creates a dramatic architectural tension, where the massive part of the building seems to float above the ground. This bold move serves as a strong symbolic invitation; the cantilever acts as an urban marking that intuitively directs the visitor towards the entrance and offers them safe shelter under its mighty roof.



The BTC shopping center thus goes beyond its utilitarian role. It proves that even in an environment of rapid consumption, architecture can retain its artistic value and become a magnet that appeals to visitors not only as buyers, but also as observers of a quality space.
